Being fond of books and mastering two languages very well, my favourite pastime is translation. Definitely!

Hello,

My name is Hanène Baatout. I am a native speaker of French. I was born and did all my literary/ linguistic oriented studies in France. So, I have an excellent knowledge of the French culture and traditions as well.

After completing my studies, I went to England and stayed there for about one school year, teaching French to secondary pupils. My main objective was to perfect my English and to discover more about the English people's cultures and traditions. 

Then, for about 12 years, I worked in Tunisia as a teacher of English and French as foreign languages.  

As a teacher, I have plenty of time to do online jobs. So,I have chosen translation in order to continue practising and then improving both languages. Moreover, I love reading books.

I have been a freelance translator working for some translation websites for several years. And I want to do more by translating Babelcube books and see my name as a translator on them when published! This would be my first experience and I really hope you will give me this opportunity.
