Fantasy Banana Walnut Muffins (three)

¼ teaspoon Celtic sea salt
¼ cup coconut oil
½-1 cup walnuts, toasted and shredded
3 dates, pitted
10 drops stevia
¼ cup coconut flour
Two-three medium bananas
Half-one teaspoon baking soda
How to prepare
Assemble all the items.
Preheat oven to 353 F.
Place the eggs, bananas, dates and stevia in a blender and blend at medium speed till blended.
Now is the most important step.
You should add coconut flour, salt and baking soda, blending until smooth.
Fold the walnuts in.
One thing remains to be done now.
Scoop ¼ cup batter into a muffin pan that is either greased or may be lined.
Bake for two0-twothree minutes, until they're browning and not soft to the touch.
