Translator with a graduation

I started translating when I was 14 years old. When I was 18, I started translating professionally. Then, I started my Translation course at college. I got my graduate degree and worked for a company which produced gate and door openers as a translator for three and a half years. I have translated from English to Portuguese, Spanish to Portuguese, Portuguese to English and Portuguese to Spanish. I have translated catalogs, manuals and websites. I have experience in translating several kinds of technical material, such as Medicine, Veterinary Medicine, Computer, Mechanics, Electronics and Law, among others.

I have also taught English for eight years for children, teenagers and adults. I can say I have spent the ten last years of my life dealing with languages, either translating, teaching or writing.
