Since childhood I've been passionate about languages and cultures. During my career I had the opportunity to live in different countries (England, Japan and South Korea) while studying their languages and living their cultures.
I'm very interested in environmental issues and that led me to collaborate with different festivals and workshops and translate their material to help sensibilize people about this topic.
I am also very active as a volunteer translator for TED's Open Translation Project as I value personal growth.
I think that every culture can enrich another one with a different kind of knowledge or a different perspective. The language can become the best mirror of a culture traits and values, or an untraspassable barrier that precludes the exchange.
My mission is to give the best solutions in order to dissolve the barrier and reflect in the best way possible the original message and style of the source text.
