We are spirits living in a body

Born in Bogota, Colombia, my mother from Spain, I lived in my country of origin, lived in Spain and Mexico for many years.  I think I have the ability to, not only translate but adapt, because it is important to keep the essence of the translation but give it a feel that is was written in that language.  My Spanish is universal, because it can be understood in any Spanish speaking country, with the exception when it has to be using the lingo from a particular country which might be different, as one would say Spanish from Spain and that from South America, or Mexico.

I love being a translator/interpreter because I enjoy learning something every day, learning about other cultures, and ways of life.  It is very enriching and I treasure it.
