My name is Vanessa Cardim and I'm a portuguese freelance translator. I'm native in European Portuguese and in Brazilian Portuguese since I was born in Brazil and raised in Portugal.
I've also studied Languages, Literatures and Cultures with the variant of English and North American Studies in Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas in Lisbon.
I've had an Internship in a Portuguese Translation Company called Oficina da Palavra Lda in 2017 (lasted three months) and have been working as a translator for the same company since September 2017 until now. If neccessary I can provide my Internship report and my Work Contract.
I am a highly motivated and diligent professional, with experience in the delivery of translations or proofreadings/revisions projects and even transcreations. I am always ready to take on a challenge and love to work with the client to ensure quality and timeliness.
My fields of expertise are many and diversified, reaching from technical translations to legal and economic ones, standards, directives, user’s manuals, and many, many others.
