I really do need two profiles (twitter, web sites etc!)

Ok, here I am going to list both, but remember there are two subjects here: Tai Chi and Travel.

1) As the teapotmonk - tai chi teacher and author - I have written four books about how to apply the lessons from another era and another culture to a modern urban and contemporary setting. These 'handbooks' are light-hearted insights into an ancient wisdom and practice that required a rewrite for the 21st century.

2) As the gazpachomonk - I write about the search for meaning in travel, old customs, ancient recipes and the damage tourism is doing to a country like Spain. I've lived in Spain for 18 years but cannot write well in Castillian.

I also produce podcasts on iTunes, videos on Youtube: Tai Chi with the Teapotmonk and Speaking of Spain with the Gazpachomonk (and teach online Tai Chi Course here.)
