Born and brought up near Udine, in the north-east of Italy. Then I moved to Bologna for university, where I graduated in 1990 in foreign languages, and where I lived for 30 years. I am a professional translator since then, with more than one hundred translated books and essays. I love my job. At present we (me + husband and son, who attends university in Bologna) are living in Friuli again, amidst vineyards. Two lovely dog, Gina and Zoe, both Tibetan terriers, are my companions during worktime. I am accurate and reliable, and I like fiction and non-fiction as well. I have experience in history, psychology, photographic books, cookery, art, animals, gardening.
