After spending years learning languages and working in the IT industry, I decided that I'd rather transalate books like those I enjoyed. So I went back to university to train as a translator.
I do not have a lot of experience yet, and most of my translations have been short and fairly technical. But my aim is to translate books, preferably literature. Until now, I have translated a couple of books on crafts and arts, and short texts mostly about IT (marketing documents, NDAs, short manuals) and painting and house descriptions.
