With a PhD in Hispanic Literature and 18 years experience teaching literature and language, I understand the intricate workings of language and use this knowledge to create authentic and highly accurate translations.

I have enjoyed almost two decades of teaching Hispanic Literature and Spanish language. I view translating literature as a means to increase understanding and communication between people's of different cultures and languages. My translation work includes one-act plays, short stories, and poetry, as well as non-literary materials.  Precision of language is essential to my work, as is maintaining the original text's nuances.  My familiarity with Spanish idioms, vocabulary, and language use in multiple Spanish speaking countries enables me to provide precise translations.
