I started working as translator in 1986, and I'm still doing it. I'm a "hungry" reader, very curious. I'm mother of two children and also teacher (of English). When possible, I try to enjoy everything I do.

Born in 1965.

Graduated in 1986 at the Scuola Interpreti e Traduttori Silvio Pellico in Milan.

I started maturing my experience as translator in multinational companies and in 1990 I established my own translation agency. Since then, with several changes, and adventures, I have always translated. Mainly from English into Italian but also viceversa when possible, and also form German and French into my native language. Recently I started translating from Spanish.

I started collaborating with an online magazine, and translate for them different kind of articles. The fee's not so high, but I've taken it as an opportunity to explore topics that I didn't know well.

At present I'm a freelance and apart from translating and dedicating part of my day to my family, I'm a part time teacher of English.
