I am a mexican reporter and translator french-spanish/spanish-french but I also have done translations english-spanish

I´ve been a reporter, editor and a writer for the last 15 years, working for renowned mexican newspapers and magazines such as "La Crónica de hoy", Excélsior" and "Expansión".

As a translator I´ve collaborated with the english-spanish translation for the manual against women violence "Caja de Herramientas/Violencia de Género y Salud Mental” with Health and Human Rights Info located in Norway. 

I´ve also translated legal documents and public science magazines articles for the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro (UAQ) where I study at the moment.

As a writer, I´ve published a book with a collection of short stories, "Otra vida", and I am a pemanent collaborator at the on line magazine "Mujeresmas" and the literary magazine of the University of Zacatecas, "Barca de Palabras".

I´ve published other short stories included in several antologies.

I´ve won the first prize in a minifiction terror stories contest organized by "El Péndulo" and the editorial "Sexto Piso" in 2015, and the first prize ath the New Zealand Radio Awards for Best Foreign Language Program "Tierra Canela" in 2005.
