This book is a work on what I call the evil trinity - occultism, witchcraft and false religion. These are the agencies through which Satan carries out his wicked plans against the advancement of the kingdom of God and humanity.
These three branches of the kingdom of darkness work in harmony to achieve the above objectives. Satan is the initiator and at the head each of them. And you will always find the rest when any is in operation. This is why I call them a trinity. For example, in occultism, you also find witchcraft and false religion. The false prophets and witches usually belong to the secret societies and cults. They merely branch out according to their immediate objectives and operations. They are different branches of the same tree.
But how do we check this age-long spiritual menace that has caused so much havoc to man and strained his relationship with his maker? This is what we tried to proffer here. Every Christian must rise up, put on the whole armor of the kingdom of heaven and fight these satanic onslaughts. And we must do this now; urgently and decisively.
Occultism, witchcraft and false religion are the channels by which Satan and his kingdom of darkness work against God’s kingdom on earth. They use these to pollute and ultimately destroy man. This trinity of evil is war against God and the battlefield is man. Now, we will highlight some of the activities of these satanic channels and relate them to our main purpose of putting this work together – battling the kingdom of darkness through midnight prayers.
Midnight prayer remains a weapon of terror against the kingdom of Satan. And these agents of Satan know this very well. They are always afraid of the midnight warriors (and prayer warriors in general). They know the warriors are a serious threat to their clandestine and nefarious activities. Now, some people will always ask why they often have nightmares after praying in the night. The answer is simple. When you pray in the midnight, you disrupt the activities of the evil world and naturally they will try to resist you.
And sometimes, you don’t just see this in the dream world, but the physical manifestation. They will begin to challenge you physically, even go to the extent of warning you to stop the prayers, call your names, talk and work against you, plan to eliminate or harm you, etc.
