)     Sift together the gluten flour, garlic powder, and paprika.

2)     In another bowl, combine the sweet potato puree and the oil.

3)     Mix the dry ingredients into the wet, and knead by hand until a smooth dough forms, about 3 minutes.

7)     To fry the shrimp: In a skillet, melt 3 Tbsp coconut oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp and fry, stirring occasionally, for 5-8 minutes.

8)     Turn the shrimp out on a plate, and serve immediately.
