Simple Vegan Recipes (Includes Refreshing Shake Recipes)

Vegan diet: simple vegan recipes (includes refreshing shake recipes)

A vegan diet is a strict vegetarian diet that contains no animal products at all. Thus a vegan diet may provide less protein than a meat-based diet or a vegetarian diet that includes eggs or dairy products. More importantly, the quality of protein in a vegan diet may not be as high as in other diets. If you plan your meals to include a wide variety of plant foods, however, it is possible to have a relatively high-protein vegan diet

Any kind of lifestyle change needs to be well researched before jumping in with both feet. This avoids common misinterpretations, first timer mistakes, and will bring up any information that you previously were unaware of, giving you a better informed choice. This book is the perfect companion for those just starting to look into the lifestyle of veganism, because it not only strongly emphasizes the need for proper research and knowledge, it provides a step-by-step process to help guide you through your initiation into this lifestyle.
