Sample text:

Before we started learning about body language, we only viewed speech as our sole means of communication. We’ve now learned that aside from speech, we also make use of nonverbal means of communication to deliver our message more effectively. We use body language passively. We are using it to communicate without actually thinking about it.

Though all of us make use of body language, not everybody knows how to actively interpret them. We are naturally hardwired to interpret body language but we are doing it in a subconscious level. We see the signs and signals of other people’s body language and we react to them. However, most of us cannot explain why we react a certain way to these nonverbal signals.
