  1. First of all, please assemble all the ingredients at one place. Combine the garlic, salt, ginger, brown sugar, turmeric, pepper, oil and chilies in a bowl.
  2. Now mix well & make a smooth paste.
  3. Add in the lemon juice, BBQ sauce & Worcestershire sauce. Mix again.
  4. This step is important. Rub the lamb chops using the mixture.
  5. Then marinate for about 1 hour or so.
  6. One thing remains to be done. Braai the lamb chops for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Finally serve hot.
