Author review: Currently being proofread. Since my original evaluation, I have received numerous complaints from reviewers. The latest wrote: "I just wanted to mention that I feel your translator has not done the best of jobs. Sometimes it looks like he/she didn't even proof read it before handing it back to you. There are also many errors with the structure of the phrases, the absence/use of articles and prepositions, a poor effort to vary the use of the word "but", no effort to adjust to cultural differences and, finally, some sentences are confusing because the translator made no effort to make sense out of the message you were trying to convey. I feel it is important to mention this to you since I believe you have plans to translate some of your other works". |
