I am a Chartered Institute of Linguists qualified bilingual Italian English translator specialized in the field of humanities (CIOL Diploma with Mark of Merit in literary translation). I have a PhD in Medieval French chronicles from the University of Sheffield in the UK, where I Iived for about 10 years and completed my university education.

I am an Italian native, and I translate from Italian into English and from English and French into Italian. 

My published translations are mainly academic, but I have a passion for literature and would love the chance to translate fiction books.

I am also a practicing sculptor, and my current artistic project is focussed on a series of portraits of women writers.
