I am a native English and Spanish speaker, having grown up in both countries. I have both practical and professional experience in both languages.

Born in the UK, my family and I moved to Spain in 1991. I spent my early childhood and adolescence living near the outskirts of Barcelona. My main academic interest have always been biology and healthcare, and I kept these up when we moved to Galicia (Western Spain). Graduated from highschool and then progressed to a technical college for Pathology Technician.

After this I moved to Salamanca to undertake my Degree in Nursing, specializing in Emergency Care. 

In 2015 I moved back to the UK to work in an NHS Hospital in A&E. 

With regards to Translation, I have experience translating health and sports related topics, as well as medical documents.

I am completely fluent in both Spanish and English and have an advanced level in Catalan and Galician.
