Born in 1988 in San Benedetto del Tronto, Marche, Italy, I attended the faculty of East Asian languages at the University of Urbino where I graduated with a thesis on literary translation of Chinese conteporary poetry. In April 2014, I obtained a specialized degree from the Department of Linguistic Mediation of the University of Macerata, with a dissertation on media translation and subtitling. Freelance journalist and translator, keen reader and writer, I've also worked as  a tutor/interpreter in a senior education institution (Accademia di Belle Arti) and as a language support teacher in high schools, helping freshly arrived foreign students to grasp the basics of the Italian language.
