Perry Payne (author)

I write for the freedom of the spirit, for the stimulation of the creative imagination, for the escape from the idiots in this world and ultimately for the memory of the essentials: happiness and love.

Perry payne

I was born in 1967 in the Wartburg district and have lived in Suhl, in the beautiful Thuringian Forest, since my childhood. I have always been fascinated by stories with unpredictable endings and happy endings. I currently live in a small house on the outskirts. I used to live my creativity in drawing, with which I started my first self-employment in 1993 after having passed my diploma as a press illustrator. Later I started a company in the multimedia industry. However, I stayed true to my dreams and started a few years ago as a socially critical online editor and began intensively to write my own novels and short stories. The resulting stories often tend to be mysterious and fantastic. I am describing life, with all its tragedy and overwhelming love. Moving emotions give courage and hope. You can also find one or two smirkers in my texts. And something is very important to me: I love the happy ending more than anything. No matter how bad fate strikes, everything will be fine in the end - even if it almost never looks like it. For me there is nothing greater than the feeling of being lost in a fictional world. Maybe I will succeed in enchanting and kidnapping you and giving you a little of this happiness.
