I'm a highly self-demanding linguist who tries to keep learning both personally and professionally.

I've been working as a Secondary School English Teacher for fifteen years now. I have worked as a freelance translator and also for a software company based in Majorca. 

I graduated from Universidad de Valladolid (Spain) in English Language and Literature in 2003. Four years later, I graduated from Universidad de León (Spain) in Linguistics. Then, in 2013, I got my University Degree in French Language and Literature (Universidad de Valladolid). I completed my Master's Degree in Specialised Translation in Madrid in 2015.

In addition to this, I've participated in a variety of specialized programs and translation courses throughout my career, as I love languages in the broadest sense of the word: I love Linguistics, I love Literature and I love everything related to Communication Theory, Discourse Analysis, Pragmatics, etc. 

I'm passionate about both teaching and translation, and I feel lucky I can make a living doing what I've always wanted to do.
