My name is Maria Belén Ponce, sworn English Translator and writer. 

I have experience in English to Spanish translation and in Spanish to English. The fields I have more experience are: literary translation, religious topics' translation, localization of websites for companies and organizations, technical translation, and academic translation. I am very careful about meeting deadlines and making a last revision of my job before submitting.

My passion is to read books in English and Spanish from various genres, but mainly literary and also religious.

I also write poetry, novels, short stories, and a diary in which I pour my experiences and reflections about life so I have knowledge (and make use of) tropes such as metaphor, metoymy, analogy, irony, among others . 

I am very passionate about this job and open to criticism about my final product since I want to convey the same meaning of the original and awaken the same sensations. I'm flexible, and eager to learn.
