Hi! I'm 22 and I've studied languages for 8 years. I have good levels in German (best known language) , English and French and I can translate these three in good italian.
I work for other students translations-sites and I've already written short and middle-lenght translations at the university ( I study German and French litteratures+ languages). I was also a whole year Aupair in Zurich (Switzerland) where I had the possibility to attend German Courses in level C1.
I like to examine the text in the original foreign language and to try to make it sound in perfect italian. I use comparing methods (analysing different translations in different contexts also thanks to digital supports ) and I support good "free" translations, which keep the same meaning, but also try to adapt to the idiomatic and used expressions of the italian language.
Translating is a sort of passion since I started studying languages, and I'm considering taking it up as a professional career in future.
