I am a freelance translator and specialise in e-commerce, marketing and transcreation.
Translating juvenile literature is where my skills as translator and personal experience of communicating with children meet.
I am a native German speaker, grew up in Germany, and have been a freelance translator in France since 2013. From 2008 – 2012, I discovered the translation business as inhouse translator and linguist in a translation agency in Belgium. I hold a triple qualification degree in Translation/Applied Modern Languages (English, French and German): a Bachelor of Arts from Northumbria University, UK, a « Maîtrise Langues étrangères appliquées » from Université de Provence, France, and a « Diplomübersetzer » from Fachhochschule Köln, Germany.
