Hi, it´s Javier. I was born  20 years ago and was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and Asperger´s Syndrome. I currently study Translation and Interpreting at the University of Salamanca. Due to personal reasons, I have also been a professional translator since the age of 13, focusing in French to Turkish, English to Spanish and Italian to Spanish translation. I have translated mainly novels and historical literature, but I am also a specialist in juridical and turistic translation.

Javier is an incredibly talented translator. I would go so far as to call him a prodigy and would recommend him unequivocally. Not only was the translation accurate, lyrical and as close to the tone of my English original as possible, Javier also works extremely fast and delivered the manuscript ahead of schedule. He was also able to pick up nuances, slang and idioms and find the correct Spanish equivalent. Highly professional. I cannot praise him enough.
