English - Portuguese Translator

Hello! I'm Elsa and I'm Portuguese.

I have a translation Degree and I am determined and committed to working as a translator of the following languages:

English-Portuguese and vice-versa;

French-Portuguese;

I am very good with Portuguese grammar, so I also do proofreading work in Portuguese.

I am a faster learner who is very much willing to be trained if necessary.

I have done several different things in my professional life, among which I would like to point out: - I taught English for one year; - I worked in the human resources section at the Local City Council, also for a year; - Translation of parts of a local tourism site, from Portuguese to English; In recent times, I have worked in the social area, where I did some administrative work, and even some translations, but the biggest focus has been socio-cultural animation, which is not what I most crave on a professional level. As I have higher education in translation, I decided to venture in a Freelance career. I am meticulous and reliable and I am strongly motivated to do a proper and timely job. If you need someone perfectionist, detail-oriented person, with a dynamic character, I'm the right choice!
