Daphney is a South African Businesswoman who is also the author of "Climbing the Ladder of success". This book has been translated into several languages.
Daphney was nominated as the February month 2020 Xtraordinary Businesswoman: https://xtraordinarywomen.com/ An article on her work assisting SA women in business and techno-girls was featured in CEO magazine, Top Women in Business and Government as well as Oprah Winfrey’s magazine “O Magazine SA”.
She is qualified to write on success in the market places having extensive experience in enterprise development, working with SMME’s since 2001 while working for SA’s Department of Trade and Industry (the dti). Over the years, she has done projects in various sectors including ICT, mining, engineering, training and development and more. Daphney has studied MPhil: Masters in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management. As an entrepreneur, Daphney juggles a few businesses and assists small to medium size businesses to grow through enterprise development, mentoring and training. As a consultant, she helps mobilise capital funding for projects together with her business partners for many years. She is a transformational speaker motivating men and women.
Daphney's hobbies include travelling to the beach with her 2 kids when on vacation.

A fast learner, I like to work independently and as my principle in life, I will stay loyal to the organisation or company I work for. I have the ability as a visionary to develop imaginative solutions for problems. Some of my motivators are challenge and efficiency of operation.
My weakness:
I have a strong work ethic which makes me work very long hours continuously, which is not good for my kids and or family life.
