I love to read. I just love to read. I immerse myself in a book and I am lost to the world.

I am a Maltese National. I was born and grew up in Malta, however by the age of 20 I was away from the island and travelling to different countries around the world. I was in Nigeria, Kenya, 2 years in Ghana. A year in Slovenia, and another year in The Philippines. Whilst in Europe I move around in Italy (Verona, Venice, Trieste), Austria, Germany. Up till summer of last year I had been living permanently in Norway. I was in Norway for 6 years. I learned to speak and write Norwegian and absolutely fell in love with the place which i call home. Having travelled and lived overseas gave the opportunity to interact better with different people, learn to respect traditions and cultures, and pick up the best out of everything. I love the outdoors, trekking and hiking with my two small kids, an 8 year old and a 3 year old. I enjoy reading to them in different languages that I`ve learned along (English, Italian, French and Norwegian)

At school I studied languages and finished with a course in Business Communication at University. I always aim to reach perfection in whatever I do, eager to learn new things and ready for a challenge anytime.

I would love to do book translations, mainly children's books. My preferred language is Norwegian, hence translation of Norwegian to English or to Maltese (which is my mothertongue) is what I know I am best at.
