I enjoy sharing life experiences both personal and of others that help lighten the path that we are all following to become better versions of ourselves.

Dan ringo

Born in the Midwest. One of four siblings (youngest, all boys). Grew up in a two parent home. Moved to Detroit in 1985. Graduated Henry Ford High School in 1991 with a 1.4 GPA. Became a father at age 19 in 1992. Went into the Air Force in 1993. Served the United States Air Force and honorably discharged in 1997. Entered an apprenticeship with the Detroit Public Schools and International Union of Operating Engineers and completed the 4 year apprenticeship in two years.
Went on to acquire several certifications in engineering and Mechanical Contractor's license. Utilized the remainder of my GI Bill in 2005 and went back to get my Bachelor's Degree from Wayne State University and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2007. Was accepted into Cooley, UofD, and Wayne State Law Schools and chose Wayne.

While in law school I quit my full-time job with DPS and began clerking opportunities with the State of Michigan, Federal Judiciary, AFL-CIO, and Nemeth Burwell PLLC. I also began working with the International Union of Operating Engineers Local 324 as the Executive Director overseeing 225 Collective Bargaining Agreements and 6000 members.

In 2011 I left the Union and began working for a local minority firm called Powerlink. During Powerlink tenure I also served as President of the Board of Directors for Edmonson Academy and was on the committee of Metropolitan Affairs Coalition/Detroit Regional Chamber for Improving on Michigan's Narrative and the Detroit Public Schools $500m Bond Oversight Committee, and Mayor Dave Bing's Detroit Advisory Task Force.

I was also selected as one of the inaugural class of Michigan Chronicle's 40 Under 40 in 2013, Who's Who in Black Detroit. Current Board member of Hope For America (www.hope4america.org) and the Cara Program (www.carachicago.org). I also served on White Academy's Board of Directors a Detroit Charter School.

In 2012 I went to work for Sodexo USA and became Vice President within two years. I was then recruited to come back to Detroit as the Chief Operating Officer of a REDICO (www.redico.com) affiliate company called Continuum Services. During this time my role was expanded to not only include COO but SVP of one of its sister companies American House (www.americanhouse.com). I served in both these capacities at the same time.

It was then I decided that if I can balance all of these then I can definitely start my own firm and be the final decision maker to make a difference in people's lives.

Since our start in 2016 we have grown multiple and served customers covering multiple states. I am married to Dr. Wendy Ringo have a total of four children and one grandson and another one expected this year.
