I was born in Coyoacán, Mexico City into a bilingual and bicultural family of Mexican Indian, Spanish and British descent. English is my Mother Tongue and Spanish is my native language. I learned to speak, read and write both languages at the same time,  at home and at school. As a child, I studied at the Rickards School in Mexico City, a very small bilingual school. Later on I completed my main education at a French School, also in Mexico City.

For ten years I worked as a children´s teacher at the Edron Academy, a bicultural school in Mexico City, accredited nationally and internationally by the Council of British International Schools,  the International Baccalaureate and the National Autonomous University of Mexico, among others.

I studied a Bachelor of Intercultural Education at the University of the Americas and earned a Certificate of Proficiency in English at The Anglo Mexican Foundation, both in Mexico City.  

For thirty years I have been  Executive Assistant and Public Relations Manager to musician Antonio Zepeda, handling all his paperwork and public relations materials, as well as working as a Producer in the production of his musical cd´s. My work at his side has given me the joy of  living and working in many different countries, participating in many different festivals, and giving concerts and lectures in museums of many different countries.
