The book reveals the prejudices and stereotypes that women are confronted to in their work environment but also in their private lives. All the examples are real from real companies although the identity of the companies was not revealed. The book offers a variety of authors’ advice, who is also a respectable HR manager, how women could overcome the obstacles they confront on their way to higher salary and higher positions.
