Whole meal flour 2 cups
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Salt 1/4 teaspoons
Ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Banana 2 pieces
Orange juice 1 cup
Orange peel 2 tablespoons
Maple syrup 1/2 cup
Coconut oil 1/3 cup
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Lay out paper muffin forms on a special baking tray for cupcakes.
In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, stir up the bananas.
Add maple syrup, orange juice and coconut oil. Stir well.
Pour the wet mixture into a dry mix and mix until a homogeneous dough is obtained. Enter the orange peel.
Pour the dough into prepared molds. Send it to the oven and bake until golden brown and a dry toothpick for 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool for 10 minutes and enjoy.
