Baked Mushroom Spaghetti

1 c. boiled spaghetti noodles (whole-wheat for added nutrition)

½ c. mushrooms (sliced)

1 tbsp. almonds (ground)

½ tsp. parsley

A pinch of paprika

Salt to taste

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Sauté the mushroom slices in an oven safe pan oil over medium heat.

3. Add in the salt, paprika, mustard powder, parsley, and ground almonds. Stir together.

4. Add the boiled spaghetti noodles, mix well and cover.

5. Bake it for 10 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees.

6. Serve.




Orange Almond Delight


Nutritional info: Calories 400, Fats 15 g, Protein 3.5 g, Carbohydrates 70 g.

½ c. oranges (cubed)

½ c. gelatin free jelly (set and refrigerate)

¼ c. almond milk

¼ c. figs (chopped)



1. Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized mixing bowl, until well incorporated.

2. Cover and refrigerate for five hours; serve.
