Ingredients

The method of preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 355 degrees F.
  2. Process sunflower seeds, flour, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, oil, potato, carrot, onion, garlic, water, thyme, basil, pepper and dry mustard in an electric blender. Blend until the mixture has become creamy.
  3. Put your mixture in the baking dish.
  4. Please bake in a preheated oven for about 1 hour or so, or may be until it has become brown.
  5. Chill before serving.

Ready in approximately one hour & 30 minute

Serves- Five to six
