Many of you might have heard about vegan diet. A question might have come in your mind ‘What’s the big thing about it?’ Well, to put it simply it is one of the best diets ever which focuses only on plant products i.e. completely vegetarian life. According to one of the research conducted in California, all those subjects who followed Vegan Diet reported less health problems as compared to their other non veg eating counterparts. Epic Bean Burrito with Potatoes

What you need


  1. Make your oven ready by preheating it to 410 degrees.
  2. Place your sweet potatoes in a pan and flip them with 1/4 tsp salt, ¼ tsp cumin, and olive oil then roasts them for 32 minutes. Cook them till they turn brown and are soft.
  3. Keep roasting and then you should add black beans, corn, red pepper, tomatoes, cumin and cayenne to a large pot and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. After that, get the plate wrapped for 20 seconds, microwave it until it becomes warm and softens. Within the center of the tortilla, spoon out ¼ of the mixture of tomato and beans.
  5. Now you should add a quarter of the roasted potatoes. Fold entire sides of the wrap. After all of this, place on a plate and eat.
