Valkyrie by Mike Sims

Sequel to Vickie where she takes on an evil corporate game played on poor people.

Valkyrie

Vickie is a corporate executive by profession, but in character is incredibly smart, creative, and lethal.  Like a red rose, beautiful in appearance, and eyes; mesmerizing like a violet flower, but this rose has thorns for those not careful. The adversities in life have victimized her; however, it has only strengthened her skills to gain victory over people and situations.  In Valkyrie the story continues from Vickie where she engages an evil corporate game played on poor people.  Vickie will risk all to do what she is always compelled to do.  Circumstance and destiny collide as she influences many lives and gains the attention of others.  What will be the consequences of her actions as the story continues?

Sample text:

“Sure thing, Dan, good to hear from you.” Tom hangs up
the phone and smiles saying to himself, “Oh, Vickie, what are you up to?”
Soon after the phone call Vickie gets a call on her cell phone. “This is Vickie.”
Dan replies, “Vickie, Dan. Look can we meet?”
“Sure where would like to meet?”
“How about the park near my company?”
“How about the motel on 12th  street?”
Dan’s anger begins to boil over. “Why the hell would
you want to meet there?”
“Well isn’t that where you take all your women to, or
maybe just your whores.” Dan is quiet for a bit while Vickie
continues, “How about it, room 13 in thirty minutes.”
“All right, see you there.” Dan hangs up and starts
shaking  his fist up and down vigorously. “Damn  it!” He
looks up as office staff is staring at him. He straightens his

tie and picks up some papers to pretend to read. Soon after he gets up and heads to the motel. He
parks and goes to the manager’s office. Jack comes out. “Hey, you are little early, Dan.”
“Hey, Jack, I need the usual room.”
“Your lady friend already has it.” Jack points to the
registration book, and Dan sees the name written on room
13 as Dan Roger  Childers-Wright.  He looks up at Jack
with fury boiling over in his head and walks brisk fully to
the room. He swings the door open on room 13 as Vickie is
sitting on the bed. “Come on, Roger.” Dan closes the door.
“It is Dan, you bitch.” Vickie stands up. “Now, now, be nice
to me. I hold your hold future in my hands.”
