Sample text:

I knew that this guy worked in a bank but none of us suspected that he was a vice-president in one of America’s global banks.  Therefore, when the group project took me closer him and I found out this fact, I was curious as to the relevance of the course to his future.  He told me that his uncle, the current patriarch of their family so to say, made it clear that he will not smell a boardroom without a master’s degree in business administration.  It was the minimum for him.  In fact, he became a vice president when he graduated college.  His degree had nothing to do with banking but among men in his age range in their family, he happens to be the only one who showed any interest in academics and had completed college.  Their grandfather had left a trust such that each child born into the family got an investment of more than a million dollars.  They own as many shares as an individual family can legally own in that major bank.  Essentially, his uncle determined who was admitted into the bank boardrooms as he administers the family estate.  Irrespective of what he had done for himself by going to school, his grand-father had put him on a certain pedestal.  He personally controlled so much wealth that he is an asset to any bank.  In addition, he has proved his intellectual ability.  He has so much leeway politically that any classmate of his will find intimidating to challenge.  That is what his grand-father did to him.

At the starting block, who are you? What have you done to yourself or what has someone done to you to influence the race ahead?  Can it be changed or modified for the ultimate challenge?  What needs to be done depends on what you have done or what somebody did to you.
