Sabina's expedition to stop the apocalypse

After many ordeals, Sabina faces her nemesis, Rangda. But will Sabina overcome the evil that she tries to stop?

Having survived the civil war in Mexico, and having stopped Pierre Beaumont’s evil scheme, Sabina and Alex are recuperating in Hawaii.

Peace doesn’t last for long though, as the mysterious Martin Al-Sham re-emerges. His associates kidnap Alex, to force Sabina to help Martin with a dangerous expedition.

Martin reveals that he has found a way to re-energise the Zeto Crystal, and that he needs Sabina to fulfil her destiny. Together they travel to Kiribati. First, they must scale an active volcano, before Sabina can swim down to the Sunken Pyramid of Kiribati, where the portal to the Divine Dimension is located.

Eventually, Sabina reaches Rangda, but will she be able to carry out her mission, or will she become the very evil that she tried to stop?

Sample text:

Half an hour later, the helicopter was hovering over an area of the Pacific Ocean. Martin Al-Sham was studying a sonar report on his tablet, and he turned towards me. “This is it, Sabina. The Sunken Pyramid of Kiribati is right below us, located at a depth of 100 metres, “Martin said.
“Are you sure? How come there is no information about this pyramid on the Internet?” I asked sceptically.
“Yes, I am certain. I sent an unmanned submarine down there a decade ago.” Martin replied.
“So, you knew of this pyramid, yet you decided to not share the revelation to the rest of the world?” I asked in disbelief.
“Exactly. That wouldn’t benefit my interests,” Martin replied coldly. I nodded and said nothing in return.

After a period of silence, I decided to address the elephant in the room. “So, if the Portal is down there, how do I get to this sunken pyramid?” I asked.
“Well, I must disappoint you, but I didn’t bring any scuba equipment,” Martin said.
“So, you want me to dive down there, without an oxygen tank, find the pyramid’s entrance, and activate the portal on my own?” I asked hesitantly.
“Smart girl, you read my mind!” Martin said mockingly and continued. “You have the power of the re-energised Zeto crystal in your hand. Unfortunately, I cannot come with you. I don’t have divine protection and would never survive such a deep dive.”

I hesitated. The Zeto Crystal had saved my life many times, but diving to a depth of 100 metres and finding a portal located within a sunken pyramid in total darkness? The thought scared me, and I wasn’t even sure that Martin would keep his promise and release Alex. I decided to address the issue. “Okay, I will dive down there on one condition,” I said.
