Sample text:

Procrastination is one area that has been scientifically researched for several years. Numerous scientists have studied it to better understand the behavior and why people tend to put off certain tasks. Although there have been a lot of logical explanations, there is no single concise explanation for procrastination. However, through the help of a scientific model, we can assume the following theory comes close to a feasible explanation for procrastination.

The theory goes like this. Human beings have a lot of sections in their brains, with each one serving a different purpose. The part that is connected with making rational decisions is known as the prefrontal cortex. This part of the brain makes all the rational decisions and is the one that makes a person complete a task.

However, this part does not function independently. It takes orders from another part known as the limbic system. This limbic system is the oldest part of the brain and stores many autopilot memories. When the prefrontal cortex decides on a plan of action, it consults the limbic system. The limbic system supplies a predetermined thought, and the prefrontal cortex makes the person perform that particular plan of action.
