Tasty Dijon Chicken Thighs

1 tbsp. Olive Oil
About 1.5 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup chopped Onion
4 Chicken Thighs
About 1.5 tsp Thyme
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Chicken Stock
2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard


First of all, please make sure you’ve all the ingredients available. Heat the olive oil on CHICKEN/MEAT mode.
Now brown the chicken for about 5 to 10 minutes per side. Set aside.
Sauté the onions inside the pressure cooker, add the stock, & simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes.
One thing remains to be done. Then stir in mustard & cream, along with thyme and garlic powder.
Finally pour the sauce over the chicken.


Serves: 4 to 5

Prep + Cook time: 30 to 35 minutes
