2 tsp. fresh sage, chopped
1 tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. fresh grated nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1 lb. ground bison
2 tsp. fresh thyme, chopped
1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
2. Form into 1-2 inch rounds.
3. You can refrigerate rounds for up to 1 week before using, or
freeze for up to 3 months.
4. For eating immediately, heat a skillet over medium-low heat.
5. Place rounds in the skillet and sauté until brown and cooked
through, about 10-15 minutes.
6. Serve with breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
