Sample text:

Mindfulness is a practice to bring awareness to what it is that our minds are actually doing. Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: paying attention to the inside. It’s deliberate, with full focus, in the present moment and in an undiscriminating way. This kind of attention nurtures greater awareness, clarity of thought and acceptance of the present moment. It wakes us up to the fact that our lives are running in front of us without us having any kind of awareness about it. It’s about having control, by letting go. We may not only miss what is valuable in our lives but also fail to appreciate the richness and depth of opportunities and possibilities for growth and transformation. In this way, we can begin leading an unlimited and abundant life.
