if you are never in the present, you will probably not hear the instructions that your boss is giving you, the ideas that your spouse is giving you, the concerns that your child is raising and the feedback that your employee is giving you. This simply means that you lack focus and are likely to be unproductive and have to deal with conflicts with people around you because you don’t seem to care about what it is they are saying. This can actually lead to a lot of dissatisfaction and unhappiness no matter how favorable our situation actually seems to be. And when we are in this constant state of worry and unhappiness, our bodies produce stress hormones that wreck havoc in our bodies in that they could cause many stress related complications like hypertension, chronic stress, depression, adrenal fatigue and lots of other complications that relate to stress.

There are those these days who believe that meditation is old fashioned or that it’s a practice that people who are on the fringe of society do. You couldn’t actually be more wrong. More and more people are finding that they are benefiting from the process and doctors are already suggesting that people take up mindfulness and meditation in an attempt to relieve them from stress related ailments. Thus, if you turn off the stresses of your life and learn to meditate, you will cope with your life in a more manageable way and will enjoy life more.

Do not wait longer to discover YOUR KEY to a new and better life.

Sample text:

In Buddhist countries like Thailand and Sri Lanka, monasteries are open to everyone. People can and do spend some time in them learning not just about the religion, but also learning how to meditate properly. Only a very few manage to devote their entire life to it, while the vast majority spend anywhere from a few weeks to a few months as monks before returning to their ordinary lives.

A recent study on meditators found the same to be true, at least in America. Of those who take up meditation, barely 10% do it on a continuous basis for years on end. Most take it up for a few days before quitting, only to take up the practice again a week or a month later.

You’d think the thought of sitting still in one place shouldn’t be a problem, yet it is. The three major reasons why people give up or temporarily stop their meditation sessions are:

1) They don’t have enough time to do it, anymore. The pace of things has picked up, and by gosh, they really do have to run. They’ll meditate again when things calm down.
