Sample text:

While many people don’t realize it, motivation is extremely important. It’s needed in order for us to do the things that we want to accomplish, such as fame or financial freedom. Motivation is the primary thing that drives us to do what we need and want to do on a daily basis. Can you even imagine how difficult life would be without motivation driving us forward?

There’s no law stating that only positive emotions are what can spur on motivation. Motivation can be a product of negative emotions as well such as a motive behind a man killing another man.  Another example of a negative emotion that can help to motivate us is stress. We have all been stressed out at one point or another in our lives and it has helped us to overcome great obstacles that have come across our paths. However, there’s a downside to stress and that is that people tend to become very narrow minded and can even become paralyzed from stress to the point they do not want to do anything.

So the question remains, is motivation something that’is more important in our professional lives, or our personal lives? The answer is both. It’s important to find that key balance as to what motivates us and what stresses us out. Why is this? Well, to start, while we spend many more hours at work then we do at home motivation is going to play a critical role in our professional lives. It’s important to stay motivated at home, simply because this is the place we feel the most comfortable and that being said this is the place that we tend to let our guard down the most
