THE WOUNDS

Who thought Roxsanne Oliver had died due to the wounds caused by the crown of nails, just had deceived. Because she was alive, sitting in bed, wearing a long cotton nightgown.

At her back, it was Salette, holding the tip of a white band, which was snaked in Roxsanne's head.

With all care and patience, Salette's hand pulled the white cloth, unrolling it to one side and then immediately, the head of the young man was fully discovered.

Her hair was still short and around her head was several hair failures and marks of the nails on her scalp and her skin above her forehead. Roxsanne's hands carefully touched some wounds and Salette, looking at them, soon hurried to say her.

"Your wounds are cicatrizing, Lady. It's a miracle that you have survived that crown of nails."

Roxsanne continued mute and remembered Christopher, his father and Marjorie.

"Again All think I'm dead."

She affirmed with crescent sadness within her. Roxsanne imagined that her unreal death always haunted her.

"Ma'am, you need to remain dead to keep your life safe."

Salete reminded her. Roxssane lowered her head and closed her eyes. Her hands embraced in front of her chest. A tear fell on her skin. She wanted to believe it was all just a nightmare and she needed to wake up and run into the arms of his Christopher.
