Ingredients

8 chicken thighs, cooked

1 cup sour cream

1 cup Parmesan Cheese

4 avocados

1 onion

1 green pepper

1 Tbsp. cayenne peppers sauce

salt and ground pepper to taste

coconut oil for greasing

 

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a baking dish with coconut oil.
In a pot cook your chicken thighs about 35 minutes. Peel avocados, cut in half, and slice into thin strips.
Line the bottom with avocado slices. In a small pan fry chopped peppers and onions until caramelized.
Add the chicken into a large bowl and chop it. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Spoon mixture over the avocado slices. Bake for 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
