Funny Apple Butter Muffins

 

Simple yet fantastic!!

Ingredients:

• 1/2-1 tsp of nutmeg
• Half cup of white granulated sugar
• 1/2 - 1 cup of butter melted and cooled
• 1/2-1 cup of apple butter
• Half-one teaspoon of salt
• 1 - 2 cups of entire-purpose flour
• One tsp of cinnamon
• 1/2 - 1 cup of dark brown sugar
• 1 - 2 teaspoon of cloves
• One-two teaspoon of baking powder
• 1 - 2 large egg

Instructions:

1. Assemble all the ingredients at one place.
2. Preheat oven to 340˚F.
3. Line muffin tins with paper inserts.
4. Add dry ingredients in a large bowl.
5. Now we should proceed to the next most important step.
6. In a small bowl, blend butter and egg.
7. Combine wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until properly mixed.
8. Fill muffin tins with batter till approximately ¼ full.
9. Spoon a half tsp of apple butter on a top of batter.
10. One thing remains to be done now.
11. Top with another scoop of batter until about 2/3 full.
12. Bake muffins for about 25 - 40 minutes.

Go ahead and eat it up.
