Time management is an important aspect in the success of your project. You may feel that you have too many things to do and there is not enough time to complete anything. There is a difference between real time and clock time. Suppose you started working at 3 in the morning and completed the work by 9 o’clock. The productive time in this 6 hours of work may be only 1 hour. You need to find out how much time is spend on non-productive activities. In order to do that you need to maintain a small journal. Write down all the activities that you have engaged in. You need to track how much time you have wasted on non-productive activities. You will then come to the areas where you need to improve. Always keep aside the first 10 minutes of the day to plan the day and then use more than 50 percent of the time for productive activities
