I am Renato Trevisan, a translator and language professional based in São Paulo, Brazil. My work centers on English-to-Portuguese translation, content editing, proofreading, and multilingual content support, with experience across freelance translation, platform-based work, and data annotation.

Over time, I have worked with translation and content environments that required precision, consistency, and strong attention to detail. My background includes work with Lionbridge and Global3, as well as experience on platforms such as Translator’s Cafe and in freelance assignments involving translation, editing, and quality-focused language tasks.

I am especially interested in clear, natural Portuguese that preserves the intent, tone, and style of the original text. I approach translation as both a technical and editorial craft: the goal is not only to transfer meaning accurately, but also to make the final text read smoothly for the target audience.

Outside of translation, I have a strong interest in Linux systems, open-source software, AI and LLM applications, religious and historical research, ancient alphabets, and Bible study. These interests strengthen my analytical approach and my habit of working carefully with language, structure, and context.
